HOW TO DETECT A HIDDEN CAMERA IN A ROOM

HOW TO DETECT A HIDDEN CAMERA IN A ROOM

When you stay in a hotel, how do you know there is no room secret pinhole camera? When you travel to an unfamiliar destination or take a business trip, you stay at a hotel, but what you do not know is that you could unknowingly be photographed or be secretly recorded.
In this age of smart recording devices and pinhole sized drones or camera lens, always remember when staying in a hotel, that you can use this method to check your room:
  • When you have entered into your room, turn off the lights, and close the curtains, open your smart phone camera, do not turn the flash light on.
  • Turn around the room with your cell phone. When a red dot is found on your smart phone screen that means that a hidden web camera or image/object recording device is installed. If no red dots, then the room is okay.

Please take note if you travel a lot and sleep in hotels, make a lot of business trips and may sleep nude.
Don't be a victim of a nude picture or blackmail.

Follow your Biological Clock!

What Time Should You Sleep?

By James Pang
You actually have an amazing biological clock ticking inside your body. It is very precise. It helps to regulate your various body functions including your sleeping time.
From 11pm to 3am, most of your blood circulation concentrates in your liver. Your liver gets larger when filled with more blood. This is an important time when your body undergoes detoxification process. Your liver neutralizes and breaks down body toxins accumulated throughout the day.
However if you don't sleep at this time, your liver cannot carry out this detoxification process smoothly.
If you sleep at 11pm, you have full 4 hours to detoxify your body.
If you sleep at 12am, you have 3 hours.
If you sleep at 1am, you have 2 hours.
And if you sleep at 2am, you only have 1 hour to detoxify.
What if you sleep after 3am? Unfortunately, you won't have any time to actually detoxify your body. If you continue with this sleeping pattern, these toxins will accumulate in your body over time. You know what happens next?
What if you sleep late and wake up late?
Have you tried going to bed very late at night? Did you realize you feel very tired the next day no matter how much you sleep?
Sleeping late and waking up late is indeed very bad for your health. Besides not having enough time to detoxify your body, you will miss out other important body functions too.
From 3am to 5am, most blood circulation concentrates in your lung. What should you do at this moment? Well, you should exercise and breathe in fresh air. Take in good energy into your body, preferably in a garden. At this time, the air is very fresh with lots of beneficial negative ions.
From 5am to 7am, most blood circulation concentrates in your large intestine. What should you do at this moment? You should poop! Pass out all unwanted poop from your large intestine. Prepare your body to absorb more nutrients throughout the day.
From 7am to 9am, most blood circulation concentrates in your stomach. What should you do at this moment? Have your breakfast! This is your most important meal in a day. Make sure you have all the required nutrients from your breakfast. Not having breakfast causes lots of health problems for you in the future. That's the way to start your day.
No wonder people living in villages or in farms are healthier. They sleep early and wake up early as they follow their natural biological clock.
If one follows this you're sure to feel fresher and more energetic all day long.

You are Responsible for your Posts on Social Media!

THESE MAY HELP FOR RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE

  1. The moment you post something on a social media page (Twitter, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc), you loose control over it.
  2. As long as you post it, you are fully responsible for every content of everything you post, even if you forwarded it from someone else. There is nothing like I just posted as received from somewhere.
  3. Due to 2 above, it is important you verify both content and source of whatever information you have before posting.
  4. Be ready to answer every question relating to every post you send. Don't post it if you can't answer for it.
  5. Note that, not everything posted on social media is true. A picture/video may be totally unrelated to the text accompanying it.
  6. People have various agenda and motives for posting stuff on social media. Be careful you do not propagate someone else's evil agenda.
  7. It may cost you your reputation, respect, friendships or even your life when you broadcast, propagate or disseminate news, stories, reports or jokes that you may not have verified, proven, confirmed or censored.
  8. When you fail in 7 above, know that you are one of the problems the whole world is suffering from.

AGRO-PRENEURSHIP, the Most Relevant Investment!

Full Text of The Chancellor, Dr. David Oyedepo’s Charge to Landmark University, Omu-Aran, Graduating Students (The Noble Set 2017 of Pathfinders)
Friday 14th July 2017.
THINK CONTRIBUTION
I have a charge, not an address, captioned, “THINK CONTRIBUTION.” If you don’t want to die in frustration, think contribution. If you want to make real mark in life, think contribution. You will never be remembered for what you have, you will be remembered for what you add. Think contribution. Living for survival makes a slave, live for others. Only those who live for others become leaders. Think contribution. We have about 4 million graduates walking the streets of Nigeria, looking for means of life; think contribution.
The idea of Agro-preneurship came to be because it’s one thing to get to the market and another thing to find what you are looking for. The jobs are not there. That is why from the outset, we caught this light to raise job creators, not job seekers. The cheapest way to be a job creator is to engage in Agro-preneurship, getting involved in what will remain relevant for life. No matter the development and heights anyone will scale, food will remain ever relevant.
There is not going to be any laboratory in this life that will prepare food in form of tablets to be taken and one will feel fed. Food will be relevant as long as life remains. Think of an area of your life where you will remain relevant and Agro-preneurship is one cheap way to remain relevant in your adventure in life, particularly now that the white collar job is going as the population is growing.
So much money is spent on importing food. Think solution, think contribution. Think contribution and your life will never lose meaning. If you are asked today what did the Chancellor say, “Think contribution so you don’t die in frustration.” Think relevance, get committed to adding values and you find your life continue to grow from one level of glory to another.
It’s important, having heard all the lectures, to let you have this as conclusion that you are going forth to a world that is in dire need of contributors. You are going to a world that is full of possessors but lack contributors. Think contribution. Your generation will rise tomorrow to bless you. Don’t think of going back to the laps of your parents. That will be living a failed life. You have been given the best of education; now translate it to making contributions and your life will never lack meaning.
It’s important to appreciate this fact that, “The less possessive we are, the more contributive we become.” In most cases, highly possessive people are never known to be contributive. They want it all for themselves and it’s never enough, so they want more and more. I made a discovery sometimes back; that people don’t lack what they give, they only lack what they keep. Think contribution.
The young will need food, the old will need food. Even the mad people on the streets need food to stay alive. And they go hunting for food where they can get it. Until life ceases to be, food will remain forever relevant. Find a place for yourself in this open market and take responsibility so you don’t live as a liability.
The reason why we are running this Agro-preneurship programme is to give everybody a taste of agricultural practice. Whether you have B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering, you will still need food. No matter what you know or don’t know, you still need food. The last thing that will get off anybody’s budget is food. Clothes can get out of it, car can get out of it, and houses may not appear there but food! It remains a life-long essential. The market is forever open. May be these two testimonies will prop-up your faith.
There was this young lady that served (NYSC) in Kaduna. She suddenly discovered that buying tomatoes in Zaria and coming to sell at Railway Station in Kaduna would give so much profit margin. She went into it. By the time she was done with NYSC, she bought herself a car. She was not looking for a job anymore; she already had an established business. It’s a wide range. You are either farming or you are marketing the farm produce among so many others. You will never lack relevance.
A young man came from the USA, who studied Mechanical Engineering and kept hunting for a job. He was also in Kaduna then. He went everywhere and couldn’t find anything. He then went back to his village to find out how much they are selling palm oil (he was from Edo State). He came to Kaduna to find out how much it sold for. So he became a palm oil marketer. I was in Kaduna when he bought a house for himself at GRA. He got himself a bail-out from the economic downturn by getting involved in what will never lose value. Get involved.
One of our graduates here has a fish farm and from there he could sponsor himself in school. Get involved. It is full of values that will never get eroded. Get involved. I want to be part of feeding these hungry masses. Get involved. And that way, you are not a liability, you are not a burden but a blessing and an asset. Get involved. You don’t need so much, you just need a genuine interest to be a solution provider and not a concern to anybody. Get involved.
We will be disappointed if after your NYSC, you are hanging about doing nothing. Get committed to being an asset and not a liability. Get committed to being a blessing and not a burden. Get committed to making a mark in life and I know you will. We will keep on emphasizing this University-wide programme of everybody being an agrarian citizen of our great country, because we will always need this forever.
There is nothing ignoble about earning a legitimate income but there is everything ignoble about being a beggar. Being a beggar erodes your human dignity. But we talk about the dignity of labour. Get involved.
Let me close this remark by telling my short story. Before we ever built our first house, I was concerned about the state of health of the people. The only hospital we had then was at Egbe. Most time if they say they have taken you to Egbe, it means you are dead. If you came back, it would be a surprise. Now, suddenly the hospital began to go down because the support they were receiving from the Mission of the Church from abroad stopped. And so there was a vacuum. So people died for free. And I said, Lord, if I ever get blessed in my life, I will like to put a little hospital here.
So we started buying the land bit-by-bit. It is that same land that has turned out to be the University (Landmark) today. Not only that, the hospital of that dream is in place today. When our former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, visited our campus here, he sat down at the Dental Theatre Room and said, “Look, treat me here”. It’s of that level of standard today. Think contribution.
You don’t need to have anything in your pocket but have a heart to be a contributor and the future will be unlimited. That is the way you make the most of your life. Remember, you will never be remembered for what you have, you will only be remembered for what you add.
To our parents, congratulations today, congratulations forever. You will never have sorrows over any of these children. They will remain sources of joy to you and your family forever. No matter how much height you may have scaled, they will scale higher heights than you. No matter what vehicles you may have bought for yourself, they will buy you bigger vehicles. We release them as treasures into your families and as assets to our nation. And you will live to be proud of God’s hand upon them forever.
Young people, it’s time to work. You are leaving school to go and prove if you have ever learnt anything; and don’t stop learning. If you stop learning, you start dying. The world is open, go and make the most of the adventure.
Thank you and God bless you.

Avoiding Android Phone Explosion.

Causes of explosions of Android phones

An Android chips and its Battery (cell) when 'ON' is a Bomb, a big bomb like a military grenade that can explode to kill someone using it and kill people within a radius of 2 metres from the phone.
When does Android Explosion occur?
  1. When the Cell phone is over charged for too long, expansion begins. If you overcharge also too often, expansion will one day reach a critical point, but you may not know when this maximum has been reached. At which it explodes and kills and even those around the distance of 4m.
  2. Explosion occurs spontaneously, immediately an Android cell phone smells Petroleum fumes or Cooking gas fumes. These fumes do have the same electrical chargers similar to the electric charges in the Android cells, and you know what that means in magnetism.

Nelkon Physics book told us in class three Secondary that like poles (+ and +) repel or explode.
Lesson:
·        Avoid going to a Petrol station with your Smart phone "ON". Put your phone "OFF", switch it off, make sure it is not "ON" before you enter a gas station
·        Do not sit in a Kitchen with your Smartphone when cooking is being done with a gas cylinder.
Danger!!!
Both the cylinder and Android battery may explode simultaneously.
·        Do not put the phone on charge overnight and go to sleep. Always remove the charger when you cannot monitor when it is full, to avoid overcharging.

Dangers in our Common Staple Foods!

PLEASE NOTE THIS SUBMISSION OF PROFESSOR AFOLABI OLUWADUN, PROFESSOR OF MEDICAL MICROBIOLOGY, OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY, AGO-IWOYE, OGUN STATE ON THE DANGER WE FACE WITH SOME COMMON FOODS AVAILABLE IN NIGERIA! - Dr F. Abayomi Oguntoye

I promised to write about what is killing people in Nigeria today. Nigerians should be focused on solving this problem instead of fighting over GMO they don't understand yet. These are what are causing most of the cancer going around now:
  • Ripening agent for banana and plantain: because people are in hurry to harvest their bananas and plantain, they spray it with Calcium carbide. This is a ripening agent and makes the plantain to ripen very quietly. It is extremely hazardous to the human body as it contains traces of Arsenic and Phosphorus. So anytime you buy ripe plantain in the market chances are you are buying plantain ripened with Calcium carbide.

Solution: Buy unripe Plantains and Banana and keep it inside black plastic for few days, it will ripe naturally.
  • Most Nigerian farmers, if not all of them use a chemical called "Sniper" as added ingredient for pest control. Sniper is potent and it scares me. It is a DDVP, 2,2-Dichlorovinyl dimethyl phosphate compound, an organo-phosphate that readily binds to the lungs and kidney causing cancer. It is almost in everything you eat in Nigeria. Even the looters eat it too.

Solution: You are on your own here because it is everywhere.
  • Weevil controls in Beans with Aluminium Phosphide (AlP): this is the most dangerous food pollution in Nigeria. Because weevil can destroy the entire year harvest of the farmer in few days, they drop tablets of Aluminium Phosphide inside each bag of beans. They think that one tablet is enough to drive weevils away from the bag of beans. Yes they are right, but that one tablet can drive weevil away from an entire Silo or 50 tonnes of beans. Do the maths yourselves. Unfortunately, it is now one of the most common causes of food poisoning in Nigeria. It liberates lethal phosphine gas when it comes in contact either with atmospheric moisture or with hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Solution: Eat beans with Weevils.
  • Chicken from China preserved using embalming substance, the same substance used to embalm dead bodies in Nigeria. This is cancer causing substance that will kill you slowly. How else do you think chicken gets to Nigeria from China without proper cooling system?

Solution: Eat only local chicken, don't buy frozen chicken, if you can't see it running around don't buy it.
The farmers don't want to kill people, but they are uneducated and don't know what they are doing and besides, they don't have tools to deal with the challenges they have.
This is why the European Union, United States don't want to have the Beans, Cocoa, Plantain and Pineapples from Nigeria. It has nothing to do with racism or because they are evil white people. They have warned Nigeria several times to clean up her food.
“But we no dey hear word.”
