Bitter leaf is also
known as Veronia amygdalina. In
scientific parlance is an aborigine of Africa. It can be cooked, juiced or
chewed raw.

Bitter leaf is rich in
proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Due to the presence of nutrients especially
